All orders are shipped via USPS

Tracking information will be provided for all orders upon shipment.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIME

Media Mail typically takes 2-8 business days

Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days

Turquoise in America does not guarantee an exact delivery date.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING*

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States, D.C., and U.S. Territories.

*International shipping is not available at this time.

CALCULATING DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs may differ based on the weight of the package.

To find an estimate of your shipping & handling cost, follow these steps:

3. The page will display shipping & handling costs for your location

Turquoise in America is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed by USPS tracking as delivered.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled prior to the next business day after the order was placed.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@turquoiseinamerica.com

Orders that have already begun processing will not be able to be cancelled.

RETURNS

BOOKS

All books and slipcases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

CALLAIS COLLECTION

Items in the Callais Collection only may be returned for refund within one week of receipt, less return shipping.

To initiate a return of Callais Collection turquoise, please contact us at info@turquoiseinamerica.com

To ensure your refund is processed, turquoise must be returned via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance. We recommend purchasing additional insurance up to the value of the turquoise

Turquoise in America is not responsible for returns shipped without tracking that do not reach us.

Upon receipt of the turquoise, you will be issued a check for the purchase price + original shipping cost.

Return shipping is not refundable.
